Dr. Baltz has lived in Little Rock since he was 5 years old. He has practiced medicine for 30 years, inspired by his parents who encouraged him to pursue a career in healthcare. During his residency, his mentor introduced him to oncology research, sparking his interest in cancer care. Dr. Baltz earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine and completed an internship, residency, and a fellowship in hematology-oncology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He is Board-certified in medical oncology. Dr. Baltz is dedicated to providing patient-centered care and prides himself on being available and supportive throughout his patients’ cancer journeys. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, downhill skiing and visiting the Mediterranean Sea.
